A secondary structure pump is a concrete conveying device specifically designed for pouring secondary structures in building construction.

It is suitable for concrete pouring in structural columns, concealed columns, ring beams, ground beams, lintels, water-stop beams, parapet walls, etc., effectively solving material conveying challenges in secondary structure construction of high-rise buildings. It can be used for concrete pouring in highway and railway tunnels, urban subways, underground caverns of hydropower stations, and can also be used in slope reinforcement and soft rock reinforcement projects, conveying reinforcement materials through anchor grouting and consolidation grouting. In special construction environments such as water diversion tunnels, culverts, mine tunnels, and bridge tunnels, it ensures accurate delivery and pouring of construction materials.

    FAQ

    1. Can this pump be placed inside a construction elevator?

Yes, its inclined design is 40% shorter than traditional horizontal pumps and 35% lower than vertical pumps, allowing it to fit inside a construction elevator.

    2. What is the conveying efficiency?

Theoretical conveying capacity is 15 m³/h, continuous pumping, far exceeding the intermittent conveying of tower cranes and hoppers.

    3. What if the pipe gets clogged?

It has a reverse pumping function, clearing blockages within 5 minutes.

    4. What is the maximum aggregate size?

The maximum aggregate size is 20mm, suitable for fine aggregate concrete and mortar.

    5. What is the outlet pressure?

The outlet pressure is 4MPa, suitable for high-rise secondary structures and tunnel grouting.

    6. How is it shipped overseas?

It is packaged in wooden crates and shipped by container.

    7. Are English materials and training provided?

English instruction manuals and video tutorials are provided.

    10. Is cleaning easy?

Equipped with a high-pressure water flushing interface, allowing for quick cleaning after pumping.

    11. Can it pump lightweight concrete?

Yes, suitable for materials such as expanded clay aggregate and lightweight mortar.

    12. What is the maximum conveying height?

Theoretically, the vertical conveying height can reach 100 meters.

    13. Is foundation fixing required?

No fixing is required; the entire machine is movable.

    14. What is the noise level?

Motor driven, noise level is below 85dB.
