It is mainly suitable for excavation and construction operations in mining, hydropower, railway, highway, road construction and other fields.
It utilizes high-RPM cutting for soft rock borehole formation, supports DTH hammer installation for medium-hard rock penetration,and enables casing-while-drilling.
Advantages of PVT-BS6 Rock Anchor Drilling Machine
Equipped with a high-power power system, this rig reduces single-hole drilling time by 20% compared to conventional drilling rigs when operating in hard formations such as granite (rock hardness minimum 80 MPa). It also features a hydraulic shock absorption and dynamic balancing system, keeping drill hole verticality error within 0.5°, effectively ensuring anchor installation accuracy.
Equipped with a touchscreen control panel and ergonomic joystick, new operators can independently operate the device after just three hours of training. The device features an automatic propulsion function with adjustable propulsion speeds between 0 and 50 mm/s and intelligent drill retraction.
The speed and propulsion force parameters can be adjusted in real time, with a speed range of 0 to 240 r/min and a propulsion force of 0 to 69 kN. It is adaptable to diverse geological environments, including rock drifts, coal seams, and semi-coal drifts. Rock drifts are suitable for rock hardnesses of 50 to 120 MPa, while coal seams are suitable for f-values of 1.5 to 3. It enables seamless operation in confined spaces, such as deep foundation pit support and tunnel pipe shed support.
